Cheese Team Member
About The Position
At Wegmans, the mission is to help customers live healthier, better lives through food. As a team member in the Cheese Shop, you will work with others to educate customers on the unique cheeses and other offerings in the department, helping them to find the best meal components and pairings. You will ensure the freshest and best variety of cheeses are on display and available throughout the day, all ripened to perfection. This role is for individuals who have a passion for different cheeses from around the world and enjoy educating and delivering incredible service to customers in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Availability Requirement for this role: Morning, afternoon, evening (includes weekends).Shifts start as early as 7am

Responsibilities
- Provide incredible service by proactively approaching customers and answering questions
- Take orders, package product, and keep our shelves stocked throughout the day
- Consistently grow product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new and featured items
- May unload daily deliveries and stock cases, displays and backroom coolers with new and existing products/inventory
