Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• High-level of multi-tasking
• Time management skills
• Team player
• Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting of patients, manual and finger dexterity, and hand-eye coordination.
• Requires standing and walking for extensive periods of time
• Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to fifty (50) pounds
• Requires corrected vision, hearing, and speech within normal ranges
• Requires working under stressful conditions and sometimes irregular hours

Nice To Haves

• Medical Terminology Knowledge preferred
• Medical Experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Bulk printing paper charts for the following work day
• Print each appointment in order from first to last
• Ensure each appointment is correct and has most recent information
• Contacting patients or other outside offices by phone or email
• Place documents in order in patients’ chart
• Sort charts by provider
• Completion of charts prior to leaving
