Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of charity events, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach initiatives
  • Assist with event logistics including venue setup, guest registration, coordination of volunteers, and event breakdown
  • Provide a welcoming experience for donors, sponsors, and event attendees
  • Help develop and distribute promotional materials and event communications
  • Monitor attendance numbers, engagement metrics, and fundraising performance
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments and community partners to ensure event goals are achieved
