Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing fundraising events, ensuring all details are covered from start to finish.
• Help secure donations, sponsorships, and in-kind contributions to support the event.
• Assist with promoting events through social media, email campaigns, and other promotional channels.
• Manage event registration and guest lists to ensure smooth event flow.
• Oversee venue arrangements, catering, and supplies to ensure every detail is taken care of.
• Assist with on-site fundraising activities such as raffles, auctions, and donation collections.
• Engage with attendees, encourage participation, and facilitate donation pledges during the event.
• Maintain detailed records of donors, sponsors, and event outcomes for post-event analysis.
• Provide general support to the fundraising team and help meet or exceed fundraising goals.
