Requirements

• 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in event coordination, hospitality, customer service, or fundraising is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing charity events, fundraisers, and outreach campaigns
• Support event logistics, including setup, registration, signage, and on-site coordination
• Engage with donors, volunteers, and the public to promote campaign goals
• Manage event materials and communications to ensure smooth execution
• Collect and organize donor data, assist with reporting, and support follow-ups
• Collaborate with team members and nonprofit partners for successful outcomes
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to strengthen event and outreach skills
