Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and execution of charity events, including coordinating schedules, managing logistics, and ensuring all materials are ready.
• Work closely with volunteers, providing guidance and ensuring smooth event operations.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of event materials and services.
• Provide excellent customer service to event attendees, addressing questions and ensuring a positive event experience.
• Assist in promoting charity events through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and community outreach.
• Provide hands-on assistance during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
• Gather feedback and assist in preparing post-event reports to evaluate the success and impact of charity events.
