About The Position
Centurion is proud to be the provider of mental health services to the Georgia Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a full-time Charge Nurse to join our team at Georgia Diagnostics and Classification Prison- Jackson, GA. Shift: Day shift | 7 AM- 7 PM | 12 hours shift (rotating weekends) Hourly rate: $46.00-$51.00 an hr. | Night shift diff -$3.00 an hr. | Weekend shift diff- $1.00 an hr.
Requirements
- The Registered Nurse (RN) (Charge) (Medical) is responsible for providing supervision of nursing and support staff on the assigned shift in a correctional setting.
Responsibilities
- Providing direct and indirect nursing care to patients
- Working under the direction of the Director of Nursing
- Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify and respond to a wide range of physical and behavioral health needs
