About The Position
As a Charge Nurse at Community Health Services Campus, you will play a vital role in overseeing patient care and ensuring high standards of clinical practice. This position is essential for maintaining the quality of care provided to our residents, making a significant impact on their health and well-being. 2pm - 10pm Hours Open Base Wage (without shift differentials): $36.21 - $45.71/hr (RN) and $29.10 - $35.75/hr (LPN) + 2nd shift differential: $5.30/hour + Weekend shift differential: $4.75/hour
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care activities.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Ensure accurate medical documentation and maintain patient records.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
