The Charge Nurse provides leadership, clinical guidance, and oversight of nursing operations during assigned shifts. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, safe, and compliant patient care by coordinating staff assignments, supporting workflow, mentoring nursing staff, and promoting excellence in clinical practice. The Charge Nurse serves as the primary resource for staff collaboration, problem-solving, and escalation of clinical or operational concerns.
