About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team. The RN is responsible for delivering professional nursing care to residents on our skilled nursing unit. This includes assessment, care planning, medication administration, coordination with interdisciplinary team members, and ensuring residents receive safe and effective care. - Ability to understand and respond to residents’ needs and inquiries in English is required.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Promote a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment
