Role Overview: As a Charge Nurse, you will provide guidance and leadership to nursing assistants, deliver hands-on care, and manage medication administration for our residents. We are seeking someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a compassionate, caring nature. Here, heart matters most. Requirements

• RN or LPN License with the State
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Compassionate, accountable, flexible, and with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Conduct thorough clinical assessments.
• Collaborate with physician services for optimal resident care.
• Administer medications accurately and safely.
