As a Charge Nurse | RN, you are r esponsible for ensuring that care delivery is consistent with the missions and policies of the company and in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements. You will also be responsible for the overall operations, integration, coordination, and direction of nursing care during assigned shift; includes mentoring and educating nursing personnel and working with physicians and other medical professionals.

Requirements

A fire and passion for working with seniors
A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
Must have active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

Ensuring that care delivery is consistent with the missions and policies of the company and in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements.
Responsible for the overall operations, integration, coordination, and direction of nursing care during assigned shift
Mentoring and educating nursing personnel and working with physicians and other medical professionals.
