This position is for a Charge Registered Nurse (RN) at an Inpatient Rehab Hospital in Golden, CO. Requirements
- RN License in the state you are applying
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification (required from day 1 for Charge Nurses)
Nice To Haves
- One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience
- Prior experience in emergency or critical care environments
- A higher comfort level working with vents/trachs/PICC lines, etc.
- 2 years of experience in direct patient care
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of nursing care
- Provide leadership by working in collaboration with medical, ancillary, and support staff in maintaining standards of nursing practice in the clinical setting
- Serve as a clinical and leadership resource and role model for the staff
