About The Position

Soitec is a company listed on the Paris Stock Exchange that operates upstream of the microelectronics value chain. Requirements

  • You are preparing a Master's degree, a Master's degree or an engineering degree with a specialization in innovation management and you are looking for a work-study program, preferably for 24 months.
  • You have a strong interest in innovation policies, European funding and advanced technologies. You have good writing skills and are comfortable with the administrative and financial management of projects.
  • You are known for your rigor, your organization and your analytical skills.
  • Finally, a good level of English (reading, writing, speaking) is essential for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development and monitoring of European projects aimed at supporting innovation in strategic areas such as: Power electronics for electric vehicles, 5G, 6G communication and smart objects.
  • Interact with public funders (local, national and European) throughout the projects, in conjunction with key players such as the Regions, local authorities, the DGE, DG Connect, etc.
  • Coordinate internal Soitec stakeholders (Innovation, Finance, Business Units, Legal) but also external stakeholders such as European partners (RTOs, Industrials, SMEs).
  • Carry out regular reporting on the technological advances of the projects in conjunction with the innovation teams.
  • Financially monitor projects (budget, payment request) in coordination with the Finance team.
  • Monitor project risks (financial, technological, partnership).
  • Contribute to the evaluation of project impacts, integrating criteria related to sustainable development, the European Green Pact, industrial sovereignty and the creation of jobs and value.
  • Carry out strategic monitoring and market analysis in conjunction with the Strategy Office and Sales in order to feed the definition of financing needs.
  • Create and participate in events with the funding program ecosystem.
  • Process financing applications and contract programs, ensuring compliance with the administrative and regulatory requirements of European calls for projects.
  • Participate in the team's communication on funding activities (press releases, social networks, posters, intranet)
