Job Description: We are looking for a Channel Services Sales Representative who manages Operational Services offering, positioning, and pricing across the services life cycle, guiding the direct and indirect sales teams on services-related dimensions. Responsible for planning the business objectives for a specific portfolio and achieving these objectives through ongoing adjustments of services-related decisions. Acts as a subject matter expert on Services Installed Base knowledge including positioning, pricing, marketing, and customer requirements. Communicates, briefs, and supports distribution and partners on services strategies. Works on problems of moderately complex scope. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations. The Channel Installed Base Sales Representative is a primary sales position covering HPE’s channel distributors and their associated partners. In this role, the individual works closely with channel partners and internal teams to drive services contract renewals, identify upsell opportunities within the installed base, and build a proactive pipeline aligned with growth strategies. This position plays a key role in supporting end-user customers through distributor and partner relationships while ensuring strong collaboration with internal sales teams to achieve business objectives.
