About The Position

Join Schneider Electric Canada and help us drive growth across the Residential, Commercial, and Industry markets. We’re seeking a motivated Channel Sales Representative (CSR) to support our Home and Commercial Solutions division. You will lead strategic execution within assigned channel partners and help strengthen our presence in key markets. What will you do: As a Channel Sales Representative, you will be responsible for: Business Relationship & Market Growth Manage and strengthen relationships with assigned Channel Partners. Drive topline results, market share, and pricing priorities within the electrician customer segment. Oversee daily transactional business and ensure performance targets are met. Strategic Execution Design and execute commercial action plans and animation strategies for Channel Partners and electricians. Define business plans with distributors and lead monthly business reviews. Deploy key marketing initiatives including digitization, e‑commerce, specialization programs, and training programs. Operational Excellence Track and report results using Salesforce, BFO, CRM, and other internal tools. Manage marketing budgets and report progress. Define and execute distributor associate programs, training, promotions, and merchandising strategies. Market Insights & Collaboration Provide competitive insights and support cross-functional alignment with Marketing and Business Development. Requirements

  • University/College/Technical School graduate or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of sales experience
  • Must have sound knowledge of Channel/Distribution/Industry business model, processes and operations
  • Possess strong business acumen, and demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic plans
  • Excellent communication, strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively influence, collaborate, and lead others, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel within BC territory up to 40%

Nice To Haves

  • Electrical and/or lighting industry background/experience (asset)
