About The Position

The Part-Time Channel Sales Representative is responsible for supporting revenue growth by developing and maintaining relationships with distributors, resellers, and channel partners within an assigned territory. This role focuses on supporting channel sales initiatives, expanding market presence, and assisting in driving product adoption for Pelsis brands, including Bird-B-Gone, B&G Equipment, and other Pelsis solutions. This position plays an important role in executing sales strategies, supporting partner engagement, and identifying business opportunities while working a part-time schedule of 30 hours per week or less. The Channel Sales Representative will collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to support sales growth and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in channel sales or distribution environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities within a part-time schedule.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel locally as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license required.

  • Experience with CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales calls, meetings, and territory visits as needed within part-time schedule.

  • Monitor market trends and communicate relevant information to sales leadership.
  • Participate in trade shows, meetings, and partner events as required.
  • Collaborate with internal departments including marketing, operations, and customer service.
  • Maintain professional representation of Pelsis products, brand, and values.
