About The Position

The Channel Sales Manager - Workforce role reports to the Director of Sales, Workforce. This is a newly created overlay role focused on building and enabling a formalized channel program to drive HID SAFE revenue across the U.S. The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and developing strategic channel partners, while supporting the field sales team in co-selling and partner-led opportunities. This individual will play a critical role in shaping HID's go-to-market strategy through the channel, helping to scale revenue and expand market reach. The Channel Sales Manager must effectively engage with multiple levels within HID, partner organizations, and end customers - including senior management and cross-functional teams - to advance HID Global's position in the market. Requirements

  • BS/BA degree. Candidates with equivalent education plus relevant industry work experience may also be considered.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Enterprise Software/Identity Access Management/Physical Security Industry.
  • 5-7 years of experience in channel sales or partner management within the technology sector.
  • Proven success in building or scaling a channel program from the ground up.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in partner-facing environments.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and strategic planning abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA is a plus.
  • Worked with MEDDICC or MEDPICC are a plus.
  • Experience in Identity Access Management, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise Software preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Building and executing a scalable channel strategy for HID SAFE in the U.S. market.
  • Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners.
  • Enabling partners through training, tools, and joint go-to-market planning.
  • Supporting field sales teams in partner-led and co-sell opportunities.
  • Meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets through channel contribution.
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive channel business plan.
  • Maintaining an updated and accurate forecast in CRM (Salesforce.com).
  • Collaborating closely with pre-sales, post-sales, and marketing teams.
  • Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders across HID and partner organizations.
