The Channel Sales Manager - Workforce role reports to the Director of Sales, Workforce. This is a newly created overlay role focused on building and enabling a formalized channel program to drive HID SAFE revenue across the U.S. The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and developing strategic channel partners, while supporting the field sales team in co-selling and partner-led opportunities. This individual will play a critical role in shaping HID's go-to-market strategy through the channel, helping to scale revenue and expand market reach. The Channel Sales Manager must effectively engage with multiple levels within HID, partner organizations, and end customers - including senior management and cross-functional teams - to advance HID Global's position in the market.
