We are growing! Employer Flexible is expanding its Sales team and looking to add a Channel Business Development Manager in the Houston market. The Channel Sales Business Development Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing partnerships with individual contracted agents and channel partner firms, ensuring effectiveness, visibility, collaboration, follow-up, and growth. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Channel Sales and Revenue Operations, this role focuses on building strong relationships, implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth through indirect sales channels. The Channel Sales Business Development Manager plays a key role in aligning partner activities with company objectives and ensuring that partners are well-equipped to promote and sell the company's products or services. What We’re Looking For: This is not a “build it from scratch” role. We are specifically seeking a proven channel professional who already has a strong, active network of Centers of Influence (COIs) and knows how to monetize those relationships.
