Overview The principal role of the Channel Partner Manager (CPM) is to develop multiple sales opportunities by cultivating relationships with partners (brokers/consultants) and customers. The person in this position will develop expertise around all aspects of the customer and broker end-to-end journey and be the voice of the customer/partner within SmartestEnergy. The Texas CPM will be one of the primary users of SmartestEnergy’s Salesforce CRM and will be involved in the configuration of the system. This position will be responsible for working closely with sales support, customer service, pricing, operations, enrolments, billing, credit and IT with the goals of, i.) maximizing sales, retention and ii.) high customer and broker satisfaction.
