The Partner Manager is primarily responsible for managing and recruiting new channel partners to drive business growth. Your role is pivotal in not just maintaining existing partnerships, but also in shaping and scaling Convoso’s channel partner program to support long-term growth, and driving these relationships forward through strategic engagement and efficient management. Key responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new channel partners, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, coordinating with various internal teams and external partners, and ensuring effective communication and alignment across all partnership initiatives. This role requires a self-starter who can define structure, processes, and priorities in a still-evolving channel program. Your goal is to ensure that our partnerships operate seamlessly and contribute significantly to Convoso's success, backed by robust support and exceptional partner management.
