We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Channel Onboarding Specialist to manage the end-to-end onboarding process for our new ISO (Independent Sales Organization) partners. This role is crucial for ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for ISOs, setting them up for success, and maintaining compliance with all necessary regulations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
  • 1+ year in customer facing role.
  • Proficient in grasping and articulating business processes and operations.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong task management and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in using Gmail, Salesforce, Hubspot (a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with compliance to manage the compliance check process for all new ISOs, ensuring required documentation and background checks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Oversee the contract management process, including the distribution, collection, and filing of all partner agreements.
  • Facilitate IDV (Identity Verification) processes to verify partner banking information and ensure secure transactions.
  • Establish an initial relationship and cadence with welcome emails, follow-up reminders, and key onboarding milestones.
  • Maintain comprehensive reporting to track the progress of each partner’s onboarding process in order to streamline the process and overall experience.
  • Maintain a high-level understanding and ability to articulate Forward's product offerings and processes.
