Channel Marketing Specialist Reports to: Director, Channel Marketing Location: Boston, MA - hybrid - 2 or 3 days a week in office We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Channel Marketing Specialist to join our Partner/Channel Marketing team. The Channel Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day activities to engage and grow our channel reseller opportunities, including developing marketing programs to promote products through our reseller channel. This role will be responsible for collaborating with partners, creating marketing materials, managing/developing channel-focused campaigns, and analyzing performance data to understand revenue growth opportunities and results. The ideal candidate will understand channel marketing strategies, have excellent communication skills, and a knowledge of social media program execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in channel marketing or related roles.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Knowledge of marketing/productivity tools such as PowerPoint/Excel/LinkedIn/Canva…
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Social media marketing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Channel Partner Marketing Asset Creation and Delivery:
  • Develop and deliver relevant marketing content, resources, and tools to support our partners’ marketing requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure alignment of content with overall channel/partner strategy requirements.
  • Partner Event Management Support:
  • Coordinate getting the core product messaging needed for our partners from portfolio marketing.
  • Coordinate any PTC logistics requirements with the internal growth/field/event marketing teams in support of events/webinars/seminars, including logistics, registration, promotion, and post-event results/leads/opportunities.
  • Social Media program management for the channel team:
  • Work closely across the partner marketing team to develop social media materials to be shared on PTC social channels.
  • Create and maintain marketing collateral/content for partner’s social media use.
  • Market Development Funds (MDF) oversight/management of usage/results by channel partners:
  • Track performance metrics based on MDF utilization and work with Channel Marketing managers/partners to optimize campaigns/visibility of leads for maximum effectiveness and ROI.
