This role is focused on driving partner-led growth and demand generation through strategic marketing initiatives. Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of hands-on marketing experience, with exposure to demand generation, content, or digital campaigns.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong writing and communication skills across multiple formats and audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end, from planning through execution.
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance and using data to optimize outcomes.
  • Ability to develop compelling messaging and content to drive partner engagement.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Google Ads.

Nice To Haves

  • Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite/Canva), basic video editing, familiarity with WordPress.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute co-branded partner campaigns, marketing assets, and joint outreach activities.
  • Plan and run demand generation campaigns across channels including paid ads, email, content, webinars, and digital outreach.
  • Manage nurture workflows for inbound and outbound prospects, including follow-ups and retargeting efforts.
  • Track campaign metrics such as leads, conversion rates, cost per lead, and ROI, and use insights to improve future efforts.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Operations teams to align marketing plans with launches, promotions, and partner initiatives.
  • Create and maintain marketing content and assets such as ad copy, email templates, landing pages, partner materials, and webinar content.
  • Explore new marketing channels and approaches to expand the partner demand engine and drive measurable results.
