Requirements

  • A proven team player with over 5 years of demonstrated success selling data storage solutions in the channel.
  • An understanding of solution selling into large environments.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Experience with CRM software and other sales tools

  • Deep technical knowledge, strong channel background, and real-world usage of application and operating system environments and their integration touch points within the enterprise storage industry including but not limited to the list described in the first section of the Required Skills & Experience Section.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, train, and maintain strong, trusted relationships with channel partners.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for channel sales, setting goals and tracking progress.
  • Drive sales performance, expand market reach, and increase revenue through partners.
  • Work with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to align goals and support partner activities.
  • Manage and resolve potential conflicts between partners or internally, ensuring adherence to rules of engagement.
  • Communicates partner needs and market insights back to the company.
  • Ensures partners have access to technical support, marketing materials, and training.
  • Advises on channel programs, and growth objectives.
