Saving children.® Job Description The Channel Growth & Strategy Lead will own the vision, development, and execution of a best‑in‑class YouTube strategy designed to grow audience reach, deepen engagement, strengthen brand affinity, and drive donations for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®. This role serves as the strategic quarterback for YouTube across ALSAC, leading channel programming, performance optimization, and creator partnerships while ensuring YouTube is fully integrated into ALSAC–St. Jude’s broader marketing and fundraising ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic thinking, platform fluency, storytelling expertise, and cross‑functional leadership.
