Humana’s MarketPoint organization is seeking a Channel Development Lead, Digital Sales, to join the Digital Channel Sales Team working remote anywhere in the US. As a Lead within Digital Channel Sales Team, you will be instrumental in promoting growth of Medicare Advantage and related insurance products. They will identify product growth opportunities, develop, and execute multi-year strategies grounded in customer and business insights that deliver against P&L objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in digital products, digital platforms, marketing and/or sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to cross-functionally collaborate
  • Strong proficiency in developing executive level presentation materials and using MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Must be able to travel 5-10% of the time

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding and experience of working within an agile framework – scrums, sprint planning, backlog refinement (JIRA, Confluence)
  • Experience working with CRM and PowerBI platforms
  • Prior experience in Insurance, Financial Services, or Consulting
  • Prior healthcare industry experience, preferably in the Medicare Advantage space

Responsibilities

  • Partner with finance and analytics to create business cases
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan, prioritize, develop, and deliver on the MarketPoint Distribution roadmap
  • Identify and drive improvements that enable growth
  • Partner with digital product, marketing, regional business teams (among others) to influence the priorities of senior leadership
  • Establish what success looks like and drive the strategic roadmap of solutions to unlock growth and enable sustainable profitability which will involve the following:
  • Create frameworks leveraging data and anecdotal insights to identify top opportunities
  • Create new solutions to challenging problems, influence digital product decisions
  • Drive closure by connecting these decisions to business outcomes
  • Use your skills to make an impact
