To accommodate our rapid growth, Five9 is seeking an experienced and motivated Channel Development Director to help expand our industry-leading partner ecosystem. This is a key position within our Sales organization and will report directly to our VP Channel Sales. This mission-driven team is responsible for opening new routes to market and helping partners build & sell customer experience offers at speed and scale. Some of the major focus areas of this role are: Manage the sale of Five9 products and services with a team of Channel Directors within a set of 15+ National & Global partners. Drive business plans for those Global Partners that allows us to scale our services and develop a robust partner ecosystem for services across several disciplines. Develop an enablement strategy to attract, develop, and maintain relationships with various Technology Solutions Brokers, or agents across that set of National and Global partners. Drive global net new sales results and pipeline development within a team of Channel Directors that jointly manage key national (global) partners. Drive partner enablement throughout the entire customer journey lifecycle.
