We opened the US subsidiary in Miami (Fort Lauderdale) in July 2017, to focus and grow in the North and Central America market, with an active set of channel partners and customers already working with us. That’s why we are looking for a passionate Channel Business Development Manager to join our organization, and focus on the North American market, with the chance to work from anywhere in the East Coast. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales in the UC/CC industry. Experience in working with partners, resellers, and distributors is a must. And experience with Webex, Zoom and MS Teams, especially related to CC is preferred. Experience in developing large enterprise business via partners is a plus.
  • Proven capability of developing and executing successful channel sales strategies that drive revenue growth, product awareness and experience in negotiating contracts and agreements with partners (connections with major partners/channels is a must).
  • Deep understanding of the UCaaS/CCaaS market, including its trends, challenges and competitors, and also a good understanding of their technologies, including cloud-based communication platforms, VoIP, PSTN/SIP Trunking, and networking.
  • Willingness to travel to meet partners and to attend conferences and industry events (around 25% of the working time)
  • Leadership and ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking

Responsibilities

  • Identifying, developing and expanding relationships with partners, distributors and resellers in North America
  • Generating additional demand through partner engagements, events, etc., studying the market for newer trends and reporting the same to the management
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls, emails
  • Maintaining and expanding the database of contacts
