Position Summary: The CDW Channel Manager will own Trend Micro’s strategic relationship with CDW across covering the SMB business segment. This role is responsible for developing and executing regional strategies, driving revenue growth, and positioning Trend Micro as the preferred cybersecurity partner for CDW’s SMB customers. The individual will collaborate with CDW leadership, sales teams, and technical specialists to deliver outcome-based programs that generate measurable ROI and accelerate adoption of TrendAI.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing CDW-specific relationships with measurable success in driving growth.
  • Strong understanding of regional channel ecosystems and multi-segment business models.
  • Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and compliance requirements for SMB accounts.
  • Ability to develop strategic programs and deliver outcome-based results.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in channel sales or account management, preferably in cybersecurity.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or related field preferred).
  • Ability to travel up to 40% for onsite CDW office visits and events.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional strategy for CDW SMB segments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CDW executives, sales leaders, and technical influencers.
  • Drive partner-sourced opportunities, deal registrations, and pipeline growth across the SMB segment.
  • Deliver enablement programs and training tailored to CDW.
  • Collaborate on joint marketing initiatives and events to increase visibility and demand generation.
  • Align Trend Micro’s solutions with CDW’s regional priorities, including compliance and risk management.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure ROI on investments and programs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for CDW SMB customers, providing insights on cybersecurity trends and best practices.
  • Coordinate with Trend Micro’s internal teams to support CDW’s strategic goals and accelerate growth.
