We are searching for the best talent for Change Readiness Director – Innovative Medicine R&D. Position Overview The Change Readiness Director role is part of the Strategy, Portfolio, & Operations organization (SP&O). This role is an active leader in achieving the outcomes for SP&O’s Learning, Development, and Business Readiness strategic pillar: adaptable and empowered R&D teams and team systems, building individual capabilities to enable performance and development, and successful implementation and adoption of R&D transformations. This role will be responsible for driving organizational change and leading the strategy, development, and implementation of improvement programs and transformations that drive performance and efficiency at a R&D-wide level. The Change Readiness Director is a forward-thinking leader with a deep understanding of change readiness and engagement principles and extensive experience in development within the pharmaceutical industry. This role advises senior management of opportunities to drive successful change and adoption across the organization. They guide other colleagues through consultation, mentoring, and collaborative problem solving to deploy innovative solutions, providing leadership across matrix teams. The Change Readiness Director proactively creates a purpose driven environment by aligning Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives, and R&D’s Courage & Care culture with the strategies and solutions owned.
