We are seeking a Change & Project Management Consultant to join our Transformation team. This role blends change leadership, transformation delivery, and project management discipline to help clients successfully implement new processes, systems, and ways of working. You will play a critical role in guiding organizations through complex initiatives by managing both the human side of change and the execution required to deliver results on time and on budget. This is an ideal role for a consultant who is comfortable leading change, coordinating cross-functional workstreams, and partnering closely with client stakeholders—without needing to be deeply technical.
