About The Position

Trinity Solar is seeking an enthusiastic, driven, career-minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Change Order Processor must have a passion for industry and company culture and be able to handle high volume, goal-oriented tasks while adapting to industry changes. This is a part time role

  • Desired attributes include organizational and time management skills, strong decision making and problem solving, and a team player.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relations Management systems is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Revise post-sale contract pricing details and designs for our Sales Teams.
  • Review and process all Change Orders requested Pre-Installation.
  • Update our database to reflect the revised contract details and all other pertinent information.
  • Review all supporting documentation and process it accordingly.
  • Process and follow up on all finance partner related tasks.
  • Follow up on all projects that may have missing items or information.
  • Follow up and respond to all forms of communication (emails, chatters, and phones)
  • Complete all job functionalities in a timely manner.
  • Effectively meet deadlines and goals
  • Responsible for the retention of all department policies and procedures, including any changes that occur.
