About The Position

Aerometals is seeking a detail-driven Order Processor to join our Sales and Marketing team. As an Order Processor, you’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly by assisting with incoming orders, ensuring all information is accurately entered, tracked, and maintained throughout the process. You’ll collaborate closely with internal departments while enjoying minimal interaction with external parties. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems – JobBoss is a plus.
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • ITAR knowledge is a plus.
  • 2+ years in sales administration or similar field
  • On the job training.

Nice To Haves

  • ITAR knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems – JobBoss is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the customer portal inbox; receive, review, verify, and process customer purchase orders in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update sales records and customer profiles within the ERP system to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Coordinate with the logistics department to prepare shipping documentation and support on-time delivery of orders.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team and senior management as needed.
  • Perform other duties as required by the organization.
