Project 2 - Data & AI Transformation Programme The Data & AI Transformation Programme is about building the foundations that enable Insights to be data‑led, insight‑driven and future‑ready . It focuses on how data and AI are governed, used and embedded across the organisation to support better decision‑making, efficiency and innovation. The programme includes: Defining and implementing a clear Data & AI strategy aligned to organisational priorities Establishing new governance, ownership and stewardship models for data Introducing improved data platforms, integrations and reporting capabilities Building data literacy and confidence across the business so people can use data effectively in their roles This is a high‑complexity transformation touching every function and region, with significant impacts on roles, responsibilities, processes and behaviours.
