TEKsystemsRaleigh, NC

About The Position

A global organization serving customers in more than 150 countries with approximately 11,800 employees worldwide, part of a larger international provider of information-based analytics and decision tools for professional and business customers. This company is a long-time leader in deploying AI and advanced technologies within the legal market to improve productivity and transform the business and practice of law, including delivering ethical and powerful generative AI solutions through a flexible, multi-model approach. The organization is seeking a high-impact Change Manager to lead global change management, training, and adoption across a complex ecosystem of Sales, Marketing, and back-office platforms, including Salesforce (Marketing Cloud and related products), ERP systems, CPQ, Gong, and other Sales & Marketing tools. This is a builder and innovator role, not a caretaking one, focused on assessing existing tools, assets, and training materials to re-imagine how change management, enablement, and AI adoption can create meaningful value for internal teams and end customers. This role is especially focused on driving an AI-enabled mindset, modernizing training approaches, and helping teams fundamentally rethink how they sell, quote, engage customers, and build pipeline.

Requirements

  • Experience in leading global change management, training, and adoption across complex Sales, Marketing, and back-office platforms (Salesforce, ERP, CPQ, Gong, etc.).
  • Proven ability to act as a builder and innovator, assessing existing tools and redesigning change strategies.
  • Strong capability in driving an AI-enabled mindset and modernizing training approaches.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., generative AI platforms such as Claude or similar) for enablement experiences.
  • Ability to translate AI capabilities into real-world workflows for Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams.
  • Experience in designing and delivering train-the-trainer programs.
  • Hands-on experience with Sales and Marketing tools including Salesforce (Marketing Cloud and broader CRM ecosystem), CPQ and quoting tools, Gong and sales enablement platforms, and ERP touchpoints.
  • Ability to measure readiness, adoption, and effectiveness of change initiatives using clear, actionable metrics.
  • Must be local to Raleigh, NC, or relocating to the area unassisted.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise change management for Sales, Marketing, and back-office initiatives involving Salesforce, ERP, CPQ, Gong, and related platforms.
  • Assess existing tools, processes, and training materials and redesign change strategies to improve adoption, usability, and business impact.
  • Partner with program, product, and technology leaders to embed change management into delivery rather than treating it as an afterthought.
  • Drive a transition toward AI-first ways of working, helping teams understand not only how to use AI tools but how to fundamentally rethink selling, quoting, and customer engagement.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI platforms such as Claude or similar) and extensive libraries of existing video and training content to create scalable, practical, and role-relevant enablement experiences.
  • Translate AI capabilities into real-world workflows for Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams (e.g., opportunity creation, pipeline management, quoting, and customer interactions).
  • Reimagine existing training assets—videos, guides, and documentation—into modern, AI-enabled learning journeys.
  • Design and deliver train-the-trainer programs to ensure sustained adoption and internal capability.
  • Support or facilitate CPQ-related training, helping teams understand quoting, pricing, approvals, and deal structures in practice.
  • Ensure training aligns with real-world workflows for opportunity creation, lead generation, use of Gong insights, and customer engagement.
  • Drive adoption and optimization of Sales and Marketing tools, including Salesforce (Marketing Cloud and broader CRM ecosystem), CPQ and quoting tools, Gong and sales enablement platforms, and ERP touchpoints impacting Sales and Finance.
  • Work hands-on with tools to understand user workflows, pain points, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Help teams link tool adoption to measurable outcomes such as pipeline growth, deal velocity, customer experience, and revenue impact.
  • Measure readiness, adoption, and effectiveness of change initiatives using clear, actionable metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate beyond existing ways of working, continuously improving enablement and change approaches.
  • Ensure change efforts ultimately deliver value to end customers, not just internal efficiencies.
