The organization is seeking a high-impact Change Manager to lead global change management, training, and adoption across a complex ecosystem of Sales, Marketing, and back-office platforms, including Salesforce (Marketing Cloud and related products), ERP systems, CPQ, Gong, and other Sales & Marketing tools. This is a builder and innovator role, not a caretaking one, focused on assessing existing tools, assets, and training materials to re-imagine how change management, enablement, and AI adoption can create meaningful value for internal teams and end customers. This role is especially focused on driving an AI-enabled mindset, modernizing training approaches, and helping teams fundamentally rethink how they sell, quote, engage customers, and build pipeline.
