About The Position

Kforce has a client in Beaverton, OR that is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Change Manager/Instructional Designer to join their AI Adoption & Engagement team on a contract basis. This role focuses on producing engaging, on-brand content and managing communications to drive awareness and adoption of AI tools across the organization.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in graphic and video editing
Experience in website design and content management
Ability to work within branding guidelines and deliver polished, professional materials
Excellent written communication skills for internal messaging
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and agile environment
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma

Nice To Haves

Experience with Articulate Rise (for e-learning development) is nice to have

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Design:
Develop visually compelling materials such as one-pagers, e-learning modules, short-form videos, and website content
Design and edit graphics and videos aligned with established branding guidelines
Build and update web pages to ensure consistency and usability
Engagement & Communication:
Draft clear, concise, and engaging communications for email and Slack channels
Support engagement campaigns to promote AI adoption initiatives
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality outputs quickly and efficiently
