About The Position

Change Management Specialist Responsibilities Incident and Change Management Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for Veeva Vault incidents and user-reported issues. Log, categorize, prioritize, and track incidents in QMS. Coordinate between technical teams, business stakeholders, and support groups to resolve incidents. Categorize and prioritize incidents based on severity and business impact. Maintain compliance-ready documentation. Log and manage Vault change requests (system, workflow, metadata, lifecycle, integrations). Coordinate reviews and approvals with stakeholders (Business, QA, Compliance, IT). Participate in CAB/Client meetings as needed. Coordinate and facilitate all aspects of the change lifecycle: Change request submission, assessment, approval, scheduling, and closure. Communicate planned changes and potential business impact to stakeholders. Compliance & Documentation Ensure all issues and changes comply with Regulatory guidelines and internal SOPs. Support audits by providing evidence, reports, and documentation as required.

Requirements

  • Four year college degree
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Knowledge of the Life Sciences Industry
  • Practical skills with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to speak and write understandably and concisely.
