The position of Specialist Change Management is a critical position on the change management team. This role provides support in managing organizational change initiatives, helping to reduce disruption, and enhance employee engagement and adoption. This role focuses on the "people side" of organizational transitions such as new technology rollouts, process updates, cultural changes, and understanding how the project and changes impact our teammates. This role requires experience in training, developing learning objectives, possessing strong professional judgment, and the ability to challenge decisions that may negatively impact project objectives. In addition to judgment, have the courage to “speak-up,” when the “status quo” or decisions should be challenged. The specialist must be skilled in documenting processes, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be capable of working effectively in both team-based and independent environments.
