About The Position

Dunbar Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Change Management & Readiness Lead to support an ERP Readiness and Tool Selection engagement with a higher education institution. This role is focused on preparing the organization for future ERP modernization by driving stakeholder alignment, communication planning, governance support, and change readiness assessment during the pre-implementation phase. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in organizational change management, transformation advisory, or stakeholder engagement leadership
• Experience in technology-enabled transformation (ERP, HCM, SIS, LMS, CRM, etc.)
• Strong facilitation and communication abilities across executive, functional, and end-user audiences

Nice To Haves

• Experience in higher education or public sector preferred
• Familiarity with change frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, ACMP) is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational readiness assessments, stakeholder impact analysis, and change risk identification
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans to support alignment and transparency
• Facilitate leadership, steering committee, and cross-functional workshops to build shared understanding and decision clarity
• Support the definition of governance structures, escalation pathways, and accountability frameworks
• Partner with the ERP Business Architect and Business Process Analyst to integrate change implications into future-state design and roadmap recommendations
• Develop messaging, briefing materials, and executive talking points to support change narrative and adoption awareness
• Track engagement progress and adjust strategies to maintain momentum and readiness
