About The Position

Are you looking to use your change management skills in an industry that supports and protects explorers and heroes? We could use your expertise on our team! The Change Management Partner I is responsible for supporting change initiatives across the enterprise. This role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute change management plans and communication strategies. The Change Management Partner I will play a crucial role in ensuring that organizational changes are implemented effectively and that any risks are identified and mitigated. The Mission Solutions and Technologies (MST) business area provides affordable, turn-key command/control, communications, integrated ISR, force protection and security solutions worldwide. The MST team has a long legacy of supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, commercial and international customers with years of experience in platform operations, engineering and full lifecycle management across domains – air, land, sea, space and cyber.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field. Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 4 years of related experience is required.
  • Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain United States Secret Security Clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci).
  • Experience working with Workday Skills Cloud.
  • Knowledge of project management principles.
  • Advanced degree (Master’s or MBA) in a related field.
  • Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of change management plans and strategies.
  • Support communication efforts by creating and delivering effective change-related messages to various stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks associated with change initiatives and develop contingency plans to address them.
  • Monitor and track the progress of change initiatives, ensuring milestones are met.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of changes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support change activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide training and support to employees to facilitate the adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of change management processes and activities.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on the status of change initiatives.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in change management.
