About The Position

Change Management Manager Jr needs 1-5 years of experience in change management/ organization development Change Management Manager Jr requires: Change management Project management ERP implementation is a plus Prosci certified is a plus Knowledge of change management theories and techniques; ability to collect, organize and analyze data to produce sound and relevant change management solutions. Experience in instructional design techniques. Comfortable with technology and alternative forms of communication and training delivery. Experience in working with all levels of employees in meeting situations, one-on-one development and team development. Excellent interpersonal and influence skills, as well as facilitation and group process skills. Articulate and persuasive communicator, in writing and orally. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a field which is directly related. Change Management Manager Jr duties: Maintain a repository of the change management tools, resources and deliverables produced for client engagements. Partner with external change consultants to learn about best practices in change management. Manage relationships with change management, communication and training vendors as required to deliver change management solutions to the business. Reinforce the use of change management framework to support all change initiatives. Effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in order to meet client deadlines.
