About The Position

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. Our National Security Team supports the intelligence community, providing, operating, and assuring critical voice, video, and collaboration services for the full spectrum of operations. AT&T has an opening for a Change Management Lead responsible for overseeing and coordinating all changes to the network infrastructure, ensuring changes are implemented with minimal risk and maximum efficiency. Acts as a liaison between technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to facilitate network modifications.

Requirements

  • Candidate must have 10 years of experience that can be a combination of work history and education. This equates to a Doctorate and 3 years, master’s and 4 years, bachelor’s and 6 years, associates and 8 years or HS diploma and 10 years.
  • Must meet Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level 2 certification requirements
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, firewalls, routers, switches)
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with change management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy)
  • Intermediate-level knowledge of MS Office products Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Visio
  • This position requires limited rotating schedules of after-hours on-call support
  • Required Clearance: TS SCI with Poly (#tssci) (#polygraph)

Responsibilities

  • Implementing a strategy to support adoption of the change management techniques within the business
  • Assessing change readiness and identifying key stakeholders
  • Creating change management plans for projects or change initiatives acknowledging all aspects of change - analysis, plan, implementation, communication, and other associated change considerations.
  • Developing change management processes and tools to support the integration and engagement with change management principles.
  • Preparing impact analyses and evaluation of the actual impact of changes
  • Analyzing and preparing risk mitigation tactic and processes to minimize business disruption and service downtime.
  • Close collaboration with the Projects Managers to integrate change management activities into the existing project plans
  • Execution of planned strategies at an enterprise-wide scale
  • Conducting regular assessments to track the implementation of change
  • Being knowledgeable in the best practices and principles of effective change management
  • Having accurate analytical and problem-solving skills to find the root causes of problems and their solutions
  • Convene and coordinate appropriate Change Management boards to ensure the proper stakeholders are given appropriate authority
  • Conduct Post Implementation Reviews (PIRs) after the implementation of changes
  • Maintain all change documentation (policies, procedures, templates, etc.)
  • Produce necessary reports to upper management to ensure that the business is meeting its objectives
  • Develop, maintain, and improve network change management policies, procedures, and documentation.
