Leidos Digital Modernization sector is seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to support the configuration and infrastructure of the USCIS Enterprise Automation & Unified Task Orchestration (eAUTO) contract —delivering 24×7 IT services that integrate automation, cloud, hosting, and unified communications for 30,000+ end‑users. The Change Management Lead governs every production change moving through USCIS enterprise environments. As VCAB Chair and process owner, the lead enforces ITIL standards, automates approval workflows, and delivers granular analytics that balance velocity and risk for hundreds of monthly changes. Primary responsibilities Overall responsibility for managing the CM team, priority, status, and deliverables minister the enterprise Change Management program and interface with DHS ICCB. Conduct daily Virtual CABs achieving 99 % same-day processing and automate VCAB minutes in ServiceNow. Generate weekly and quarterly change-volume metrics; integrate CM oversight into AWS resources. Review/approve CRs in ServiceNow/ServiceHUB within 1–7-day SLA. Support break-fix/emergency changes.
