About The Position

The group you’ll be a part of The Digital Transformation Program’s Transformation Change Management (TCM) team. The impact you’ll make In this role, you will contribute directly to Lam’s business transformation by helping plan, coordinate, and execute activities that prepare employees for new ways of working. This role is ideal for someone who is curious about organizational behavior, communication strategy, and project delivery—and eager to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving, real‑world environment. Working as part of the Transformation Change Management (TCM) team, the intern will collaborate with change managers, program leads, communications specialists, and business partners to help drive awareness, readiness, and adoption of change across Lam’s business. What you’ll learn How enterprise technology and process changes are planned, delivered and supported. How to apply change management concepts and methodologies to real‑world scenarios. How communications, engagement, and adoption strategies fit into major transformation initiatives. How to be a vital part of a large, global, cross-functional program team.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology, anthropology, sociology, English (or other language arts), communications, business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Comfortable with using data for assessment, analysis, reporting, decision-making.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to organizational change concepts and/or Adult Learning Theory.

Responsibilities

  • Change Impacts & Readiness Support
  • Help gather, analyze and report data from databases, surveys, interviews, and workshops as part of stakeholder analysis.
  • Contribute to change planning and delivery.
  • Support identification of potential risks, resistance points, and user needs.
  • Engagement & Communications
  • Contribute to planning and execution of engagement activities such as road shows, briefings, office hours, and team meetings.
  • Create clear and compelling communications about change for a range of comms channels/media.
  • Best Practices & AI
  • Research emerging change methodologies and prepare summaries for team use.
  • Investigate and test out opportunities to leverage AI for change management activities.
