We oversee every construction phase to help ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. What you’ll be challenged to do: The Change Management Coordinator is responsible for facilitating timely processing of change orders from initiation to closeout. This role supports the identification and evaluation of potential change orders, scope development, preparation of Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates, funding coordination, contractor proposal review, cost analysis, negotiations, and final modification closeout. The coordinator maintains comprehensive change order records and provides regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
