About The Position

To help support our continued growth, Mariner Innovations is recruiting Change Management Consultants. Selected candidates will become key members of our highly successful Change Management Practice. Change Management consultants support Mariner's key clients both within the Maritimes and across Canada. In their respective roles, these consultants will work extensively on a variety of high-profile projects and programs involving digital transformation, service/operational process development, culture transformation and/or large-scale deployment of technology. The consultants will be trusted advisors to our senior client stakeholders and will provide thought leadership in their areas of expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years’ experience in Change Lead / Change Manager / Management Consultant roles on medium to large transformational initiatives, including developing training, communication, and change management programs, and assessing impacts to business processes and technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French, both written and verbal, is required.
  • Experience with industry-standard change management methodologies and best practices, including certification (e.g., CCMP, Prosci).
  • Experience working in a consulting environment supporting technology-enabled projects.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to Atlantic provinces as required.

  • Experience in healthcare sector is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with organizations to build knowledge and capability in change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Enable leaders and teams to understand the people impacts of change, address resistance, and support successful transitions.
  • Support and coach leaders in their role as change champions.
  • Collaborate with individuals and teams to embed change practices across the organization.
  • Conduct change-related assessments and prepare findings and reports.
  • Develop and execute change management and communication strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and assess stakeholders impacted by change and ensure alignment to support adoption.
  • Actively engage customers and stakeholders through effective communication and consultation.
  • Build consensus among clinicians, customers, and stakeholders on change initiatives.
  • Report on change and communication progress to leadership.
  • Collaborate with Mariner peers and practice leadership to share and grow knowledge.
