About The Position
Required Qualifications Proven experience creating technical or change enablement content for enterprise technology or SaaS implementations. Strong experience in identifying change impacts and translating them into communication, engagement, and training strategies. Excellent technical writing skills, with the ability to simplify IAM, security, or access-related concepts for diverse audiences. Experience working within structured project or program environments. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, collaboration, and follow-through skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting IAM platform migrations (e.g., SailPoint), including access models and provisioning workflows. Background in security or compliance-driven initiatives requiring high accuracy in communication. Experience working with technical SMEs to validate IAM-related content such as FAQs and user guides. Familiarity with change management frameworks such as Prosci or ADKAR. Experience collaborating with training or learning teams on enablement strategies. Experience supporting global or multi-region technology deployments.
