Why we're hiring: We are seeking a strategic, empathetic, and delivery-oriented Change Communications Manager to help stand up a formal change communications capability for WPP Open, WPP’s AI-powered marketing operating system. This is a foundational role. You will not be joining a mature communications engine — you will help build it. As WPP Open continues to evolve, our biggest challenge is not awareness, but adoption: helping people understand what is changing, why it matters, and how it affects the way they work. This role exists to make platform change legible, coherent, and actionable at scale. You will partner closely with Product, Technology, Research, and Enablement leaders to translate complex, evolving roadmaps into clear narratives that drive confidence, capability, and behavior change across WPP’s global network. The ideal candidate is a strong operator and storyteller — someone comfortable working in ambiguity, setting structure where none exists, and influencing without relying on formal authority.
