About The Position

As a Food Server at our illustrious Chandler Steakhouse, you will take and deliver orders, maintain a pristine dining atmosphere, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. If you are an experienced server with a passion for providing top-notch guest experiences and ready to elevate the dining experience and be part of a vibrant team at this fine dining establishment here at MGM Springfield!

Requirements

• 5+ Years of prior Food and Beverage serving experience in a high-paced, fine dining environment is preferred
• Willing and able to work between 16-20 hours per week on average, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Hours of operation are as follows: Tues-Thurs 3:30p-10:15pm and Fri-Sat 3:30pm-11:15pm

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome.
• Take and deliver customer orders accurately, maintaining knowledge of the menu and beverage options.
• Ensure table cleanliness and utilize a silent service approach.
• Itemize bills accurately and efficiently secure payment.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations, and Point of Sale (POS) stations.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly with a sense of urgency.
• Communicate with management, chefs, and staff to address any guest requests or issues.
